Chiropractic Rehabilitation includes the most common types of exercises listed below and other exercises and stretches not listed. This is at the discretion what the practitioner thinks you need the most; with your opinion taken into consideration.
This appointment type is 10min,20min,30min, 40min, and 50min duration. If you need a longer treatment time simply book out the duration you think you need.

- Isometric Exercises
- Stability Exercises
- Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS Breathing) Exercises
- Corrected Stretching

This appointment includes soft tissue techniques below. You may request certain techniques before treatment or you may leave it up to the practitioner to decide what treatment is best at that time. Remember to book appropriate time for each region you need treated. Duration of treatment times include 10 and 20 minute sessions.

- Estimated treatment time: 10-20 minutes
- Effective treatment size: one region per 10 min (example: 1 shoulder per 10min)

- Pin and Stretch
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM/graston)

This booking is for Class IV laser treatments. These treatments are helpful in recovery of chronic injuries, acute injuries, certain skin conditions, post stem-cell injections and much more. Check out our webpage keyschiro.com to see other conditions class IV laser may help with.

- Effective treatment size: softball or small melon sized area.

If you have any specific skin conditions, recent steroid injections/medications, other recent injections, or have cancer please reach out to our clinic prior to booking so we can determine if Class IV laser is right for you.

This appointment type is for new patients that have never been to the clinic before. You will need to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out appropriate paperwork. If you are late, or arrive to late to fill out your paperwork, it is up to the practitioners discretion if he can see you or not during your scheduled visit. If he can not see you, due to tardiness, we will be happy to reschedule you on another day or later in the same day. Rescheduling same day depends on the doctors availability. If you have any x-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, Etc. please bring them, and your report of findings, with you to your first appointment..

Duration: 30-45 minutes
New patient appointment includes: history, examination and adjustment.

This appointment is for established patients of keys chiropractic to schedule an exam for a new injury or a re-evaluation of an old injury. This appointment is for the exam ONLY.

Exam Duration: 15 minutes

*Additional appointment needed for treatment* usually 15-30min appointment

If you would also like treatment after the exam please schedule soft tissue, adjustment, rehab, etc. and the doctor will make the best decision for you based off your exam findings. Treatment appointments can always be changed by the doctor. You will need to book a separate treatment if you think you need it.
